At ZHULFUZ, we strive to ensure that every purchase brings you style, comfort, and confidence. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

 Eligibility Window

  • Clothing & Footwears: Returns accepted within 05 days from the delivery date. (industry standard due to wear-risk).

  • Sale/Discount Items: Eligible for exchange only, no refunds.

  • Final Sale / Clearance: No returns or exchanges.

return will be rejected on below conditions:

    • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

    •  Items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.

    • Original Tags, labels, and packaging should be intact. 

    • Footwear and Clothing must be returned in the original box/Package, without damage or tape.

    • Products under Final sale, Discounted items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and clearance reasons.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is Defective or Wrong Items.

 

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Delivery

The Customer Must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product with the evidences:

  • Clear photos of damage

Store will offer:

  • Replacement  
  • Full refund

Return Process

      1. Go to My Orders https://zhulfuz.com/my-account/orders/ on our website or app.
      2. Select your order -> Click on Message ->   send your message over the chat.
      3. Once the returned item passes by our quality inspection, we will initiate your refund or exchange accordingly.

    Order Cancellation Policy

    1. Orders can be cancelled before shipping  by the courier.
    2. Once shipped, you will need to go through the return process after delivery.

    Exchange Policy

    • Exchanges allowed only for size or same product variant.

    • No cross-product exchanges.

    • Exchange approved once per order only.

    • Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, we will initiate your refund or exchange accordingly.

    • If exchange product is unavailable → store credit will be issued.

    Refund Policy

    After successful quality verification, refunds will be processed as follows:

    Exchange – replacement product dispatched once return is confirmed.

    Online Payment Refund – Credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    Cash on Delivery (COD) – Options are not available to avoid fake orders.

    Damaged or Wrong Product

    If you received the Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect item, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos via message https://zhulfuz.com/my-account/orders/
    or https://zhulfuz.com/contact-us/ leave your message, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

        • Once Item shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You may initiate a return after receiving the product with proper reason with evidence.
