Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At ZHULFUZ, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right with your T-shirt or slippers, we’re here to help with hassle-free returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange items under the following conditions:

T-Shirts:

  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be made within 7–10 days of delivery

Slippers:

  • Must be unused and clean, with no visible signs of wear
  • Must be returned in the original box or packaging
  • Return request must be made within 7–10 days of delivery

⚠️ Used or worn items are not eligible for return unless defective

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Innerwear or personal-use items (if applicable)

Used or worn T-shirts and slippers

Items returned without original packaging

Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Promotional Offers

🛑 Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipping by contacting us.

Once shipped, you will need to go through the return process after delivery.

🔁 Exchange Policy

Need a different size, color, or style?

You can request an exchange during the return process.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed as store credit or bank transfer (you will be asked to provide account details).

🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping.

For other reasons (size issues, personal preferences), the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

You will receive detailed instructions for shipping once your return is approved.

Log in to your account on www.zhulfuz.com

Go to “My Orders”

Click on “Request Return” for the relevant item

Choose a reason and upload photos if needed
