✅ Return Eligibility
You may return or exchange items under the following conditions:
T-Shirts:
- Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Return request must be made within 7–10 days of delivery
Slippers:
- Must be unused and clean, with no visible signs of wear
- Must be returned in the original box or packaging
- Return request must be made within 7–10 days of delivery
⚠️ Used or worn items are not eligible for return unless defective
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Innerwear or personal-use items (if applicable)
Used or worn T-shirts and slippers
Items returned without original packaging
Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Promotional Offers
